(Dixie Aire) values the privacy of its customers.  This privacy policy will  help you understand how and why we collect personal information and how that information is used.  Dixie Aire’s policies are designed to protect your personal information.  We do not share or sell your  personal information.    We use a credit card gateway which reveals only the last four (4) digits of the card number used.  Your  credit card information is only saved in the gateway at your direction.  Credit card information is not  stored in our computers.  For your protection, Dixie Aire requests credit card information not be  provided via email.  You may request that we send you a privacy link directly from the credit card  gateway. The privacy link will allow you to enter your card information, so that your number is never  given to anyone.  Our Escrow Agents are conscious of your privacy.  Unless required by law, it is Dixie Aire’s practice  not to provide the details of the transaction to another party unless you have clearly revealed those  details to that party in a group email.  Unless you state otherwise, in writing, your loan payoff, your  profit margin, and similar financial details are considered confidential.   If we are asked for those types  of details, we will contact you for authorization/instructions.   We fight fraud by attempting to confirm who we are working with and that transactions being handled  through our escrow department are valid. We will contact you to confirm your wiring instructions and  amounts being paid to vendors.  We will also contact any vendors to be paid, to confirm amounts and  wiring instructions. Please do not be offended when we request a photo ID, Articles of Formation, and  corporate resolutions appointing company agents. The goal is to protect our customers and Dixie Aire,  from individuals who might pretend to be you to divert funds.  Your information is not shared or sold.   Dixie Aire uses the Dow Jones Financial Risk /Financial Crime Data Base which allows us to quickly  check sanction lists and government watch lists both Domestically and Internationally. We will use the  information on your ID, such as your full name and date of birth when we search that database to  eliminate our customers from any adverse data retrieved when their name is entered. Your ID will be  deleted after the vetting process is complete. We regularly update our procedures as new information or  scams become known.
