3. Prevent fraud by confirming wiring instructions and payee details with all parties;

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

• All credit‑card transactions are processed through a PCI‑compliant gateway that masks your card number except for the final four (4) digits.
• Card data is stored only within that gateway at your direction and never on Dixie Aire computers.
• For your protection, please do not email card details. Upon request, we will send a secure link so you can enter your card number directly into the gateway.

We treat details such as loan payoffs, profit margins, and similar financial information as confidential unless:

• You have already shared those details with a recipient in a group email, or
• We are required by law to disclose them.

We will seek your written authorization before releasing such information to any third party.

To protect our customers and prevent financial crime, we may:

• Request photo ID, Articles of Formation, and corporate resolutions appointing authorized agents;
• Verify wiring instructions with you and with vendors; and
• Screen names against domestic and international watch lists.

Identification documents are securely deleted after vetting is complete.

We retain records only for as long as necessary to:

• Complete your transaction,
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations, and
• Resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data‑retention schedule.

You may:

• Request access to personal data we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct inaccuracies;
• Withdraw consent to the extent permitted by law; and
• Request deletion of certain data, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
